Payment methods accepted by Ceylon Servers
We provide multiple payment options to ensure that managing your hosting and domain services is as easy as possible. Below are the methods currently accepted:
1. Online Credit & Debit Cards
This is the fastest way to activate your services. Payments are processed instantly.
Supported Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
How to pay: Log in to your dashboard, open an unpaid invoice, and select the "Credit/Debit Card" option to pay securely via our payment gateway.
2. Local Mobile Wallets & Apps
For our clients in Sri Lanka, we support popular mobile payment platforms for quick transactions:
- Genie: Pay directly using the Genie app.
- iPay: Available for users of the iPay platform.
3. Bank Transfers (Direct Deposit)
If you prefer traditional banking, you can deposit or transfer funds directly to our bank account.
Process: When you choose this method on your invoice, our bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, Branch) will be displayed.
Important: After making the transfer, please send a screenshot of the receipt or the transaction slip to our Billing Department via a support ticket or Whatsapp to verify and activate your service.
4. Automated Recurring Payments
To simplify your payments and avoid manual renewals, you can manage your account balance directly:
- Add Funds: You can prepay by adding funds to your account credit balance. This credit can then be used to pay any future invoices manually.
Payment Security & Verification
- Security: All online card transactions are encrypted and processed through bank-grade secure gateways. CeylonServers does not store your full card numbers on our servers.
- Activation Time: Card and mobile app payments activate services instantly. Bank transfers may take few hours for verification depending on your bank.
