• Refunds are not allowed if you change your mind or for any issues on your end.

• A 10% deduction fee will be applied to refunds to cover service and payment handling.
• If you ask for a server change, the refund will be added to your credit balance.

International Domains

• Valid Product and Service: International Domain Names: .COM.
• If you cancel the domain 2-7 days after the order, a service fee of Rs. 900 plus the domain registry cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds for .COM domain payments will only be issued as CeylonServers Account Funds if the customer cancels on the same order date.
• Changes to .COM domain names are permitted on the same order date, subject to a deduction fee.
• The possibility and final approval of these requests are at the discretion of the domain registry department.

LK Domain Name Registration

• Valid Products and Services: LK Domain Name Registration: CAT1, CAT2, CAT3, CAT4, and CAT5.
• A refund is granted if the client's domain payment has not been processed by the domain registry. The client must inform the service provider at least 3 days before the purchase. A service fee of Rs. 900, representing the domain registry cost, will be deducted from the refund.
• Domain name registrations that have been completed are non-refundable, including for changes of mind.
